Brought my 22 Canyon in for its 30k Mike servicing interval, and was told quite an extensive list would be performed in exchange for what I would pay. Unfortunately I'm not entirely convinced that every action promised was actually performed, but only a select few, albeit the most important ones. But, when viewing the "inspection video" it was only 26 secs long, and didn't actually include a thorough vehicle inspection at all. Was simply shown that my coolant wasn't empty, and they had something hooked up to perform a brake flush. Included in the list was that my coolant would be tested to ensure it was protecting, the throttle body would be serviced, chasis lubricated, and that my brakes would be cleaned and inspected along with many other things. But I'm very skeptical that any of this was actually done at all, let alone a thorough suspension and steering component inspection. I know the brake flush was done because when I looked under the hood the following day, there is brake fluid splattered everywhere. I know other aspects were completed, but for $600+ I just wish I could have full confidence that what I was told would be done was actually done. Outside of my skepticism, I love that I could text my service advisor to get scheduled, and that they could get me in within a week of my request.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before and put my keys in the drop off box. My appointment was for the next morning at 7:30 AM. They let me know when the vehicle services were starting. They sent me a video when the inspection was done. How everything was going with my vehicle, including percentage of tread left on my tires. Percentage of Brake pads left etc., showing me all the underneath of my vehicle, and giving me a sticker. No problem. With no cost to me because I got my vehicle through you guys. Best service as always.
