Checking my vehicle over making sure I don't have any problems.

I was greeted right away by of the service technician. Sorry I do not remember his n name. I was there to redeem a coupon that was for a free inspection of the points on my car. When I turned over my keys I went to the waiting room. The service technician came out to report what was found out about my car. He pulled it out and parked it where it was very convenient for me, as I walk with a cane. The whole experience was very nice. I trust that garage and appreciate the service that I always receive.

I received a friendly greeting when I arrived. Carl was professional and explained what they would do during the service. I walked to a local shopping area and they let me know when my vehicle was ready.

Friendly staff

I only had diagnostics done because the repair was too expensive, but Carl Warren used my rewards and coupons for the test. He also got $100.00 of the original estimate. I thought that was great customer service.

Dylan and Ben were the best! They went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Goodwin’s and it won’t be my last.
