Everything got done in a very timely manner.

They advised me I had a recall and did it along with changing my oil and tire rotation!

I appreciate being treated in a professional manner. The staff (both in sales and service) have never failed to meet that standard.

I've always been pleased with the service

We normally have great service, mechanics did excellent, when came to get car yesterday and pay for lots of service, the customer service was very poor, came in and nobody acknowledged I was there, no be with you shortly, no eye contact. Waited 15 minutes finally left to let my wife know the delay, came back in, waited another 15 minutes, no acknowledgement I was there and final acknowledged, I did mention my concern. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and even if your busy, you acknowledge a customer when they come in. I was extremely disappoint after spending over 2,000 on service work and being a long term customer Will really need to think about using this dealership again

They got me in and out at a reasonable amount of time. Did a good job.

Easy to make appointment; on schedule (service advisor told me how long it would be to complete service. He was right on!) ; totally professional in dealing with the client (me; I appreciate that.)
